A mistress of Dennis Ramsey ..

on 30th April 1990, a card was posted to Detective Inspector Dennis Ramsey, care of the Bermuda Police Headquarters marker 'PERSONAL'.  The envelope was post marked Santa Ana CA 927 2A and the envelope endorsed:

And this was the way Dennis would spend his day; flirting with women, playing love songs down the telephone line to them from his office in the Narcotics building at  Bermuda police headquarters..
